The 11th Annual Health, Wellness and Lifestyle Expo 2022, with special thanks to exclusive healthcare partner Stamford Health, returns Saturday, September 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Harbor Point, La beautiful waterfront community of Stamford.

It’s Connecticut’s largest health expo with 8 zones, 100 exhibitors, and free group fitness classes, all located along the beautiful Harbor Point Boardwalk. This year’s theme is: GO. BRING TOGETHER. GROWING UP. Let’s go to the expo. LET’S GET TOGETHER with family and friends to discover the best health, wellness and fitness companies big and small. Cultivate mind, body and spirit. Parking and admission are free.

This year’s event for families and pets is ONE DAY ONLY and is packed with an exciting variety of exhibitors showcasing and selling health and wellness products and services. A highlight of the HWL Expo is the program of free, lively yoga, dance, martial arts and fitness classes led by the area’s top fitness instructors, including the always entertaining Billy Blanks, Jr. of Dance it Out, as seen on Lifetime Television. All levels and abilities are encouraged to join in the fun and pre-register for classes.

The eight zones of the exhibition will present the well-being of companion animals; yoga and stretching; dance and fitness; healthy food trucks; healthy foods, drinks and restaurants; organic wines, spirits and craft beers; a demonstration area; and a children’s area with face painting, games and fun and educational activities. New to the Kids Zone this year is the addition of two live reindeer, thanks to Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouses (home of the Greenwich Reindeer Festival, Fairfield County’s largest holiday event), who will be at the event showcasing container gardens and many other beautiful shrubs and flowers for a healthy home and garden.

Attendees can also look forward to visiting Stamford Health, HWL Expo’s exclusive healthcare partner, for a variety of informative services, including Sarner Health and Fitness Institute programs, neuroscience-led stroke care from Stamford Health, heart health and CPR education with the Heart and Vascular Team up and have fun with the HAHAs, volunteer health and humor associates who spread joy and laughter to patients of all ages.

The beneficiary of this year’s event is Lift It Forward, in conjunction with Chelsea Piers Athletic Club, to benefit Ukraine Charities. Lift It Forward brings together coaches, trainers, athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels and ages, for a friendly competition of fitness challenges that raise funds for those in need.
