Bin and mask cleaning challenge: April 10-30. For 8 to 18 year olds. The Penn Yan Public Library encourages young people to go out and pick up litter. Whoever collects the most will win a $ 15 gift certificate to the Keuka Candy Emporium. A $ 5 bonus gift certificate will be given to whoever collects the most abandoned masks.
