    A classic 4th of July weekend is all about celebrating America while relaxing in a swimsuit – Julianne Hough has done it and more.

    The professional actress and dancer dropped a photo on Instagram over the weekend of herself doing a backbend and parting on what appears to be a boat in Capri, Italy. Julianne, 32, works out a gorgeous yellow bikini, accessorized with legs, arms, toned abs, really everything.

    “You never know what life has in store for you … it’s good to be flexible”, she wrote in the caption. People were understandably impressed with the comments. “GURLL YOU ON FIREE,” wrote one. “OMGG WOW😍,” someone else said. And at least one person shared an emoji that summed it up perfectly: “😮”.

    Julianne does a lot to get movements and muscles like this. She recently launched the KINRGY fitness platform which is inspired by tai chi, qigong, energy work, strength training and cardio exercises. KINRGY workouts are based on the elements of earth, water, fire and air. But Julianne doesn’t ~ just ~ do her own workouts. She also exercises five days a week, alternating between SoulCycle, CorePower Yoga and strength training. “I love being with the people and the community,” she previously said. Women’s health.

    Julianne likes to train from the start, even though she says she’s not early in the morning. Before her workout, she will sip a special drink consisting of lukewarm water, lemon, celery juice, a green superfood drink, apple cider vinegar, and an adrenal supplement. Then she has a smoothie filled with healthy fats, like avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and a banana.

    Overall, she says she tries to avoid foods that cause body inflammation, but leaves plenty of room for fun foods. “I love tacos and guacamole,” she said. “I like food!” In general, however, she usually has grilled chicken or salmon with steamed or grilled veggies for dinner. Afterwards, she might have dark chocolate that she keeps hidden in her freezer.

    Stretching regularly probably doesn’t hurt either ….
