Those who follow UFC color commentator Joe Rogan know that he is quite a disciplined individual. Like most fighters, he comes from a martial arts background, where discipline is a common practice. On a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the commentator talks about his diet and talks about gaining and losing weight.

When his guest, Gan Saad, asked him how overweight he was, Rogan replied:“I was like five pounds overweight before. Like 10 pounds overweight. Then I was like oh big asshole, lose weight. “

When asked why he didn’t go over 10 pounds overweight, Rogan said: “It’s not an option, I’m not gaining weight… No, it’s a health issue. I train, I do martial arts. If I’m fat, I can’t train. I feel it. It’s like putting mud in my engine.

Joe Rogan on the heaviest he’s ever been

In the episode with Gan Saad, Rogan also revealed the heaviest he’s ever been on the scale. He didn’t shy away from revealing his weight and also told her about some of his eating habits.

Roger said, ” Biggest I ever had, I think I had 207 once. For me, it goes right here (points to belly). It goes to my sides and it goes to my stomach. And I ate a lot of pasta, which is just not for me. Every time I do this, I always feel like crap. I just eat too much… But I train a lot, so it controls me most of the time.

2 years ago, the UFC reporter revealed his amazing body transformation and looks fitter than he’s ever been. Rogan trains regularly. However, he revealed a surprising aspect of his diet. He said, “I still eat like a teenager, I eat as much as I want. As if I ate large amounts of food.

Rogan revealed that his diet consists mainly of meat, fish and fruits. He previously advocated meat and is also a steak lover.
